USVisit-Pro (rated A-) is a comprehensive Travel Medical insurance plan providing temporary medical coverage for emergency services and limited pre-existing conditions for international visitors traveling to the U.S. Coverage begins once the policyholder has left their home country and has entered one of the eligible destination countries (or) is in transit to another eligible country after the USA. The coverage duration available is from 60 days to 180 days. While in the U.S, after the deductible is satisfied within the United Healthcare PPO network, the plan will pay 80% of eligible medical expenses up to the policy maximum. USVisit-Pro can cover COVID-19 like any other covered medical condition if the virus was contracted after the policy effective date.
USVisit-Pro does cover for limited Pre-Existing medical conditions. Please review USVisit-Proâs policy documents for complete coverage and exclusions.

How COVID-19 is Covered Under USVisit-Pro®
COVID-19 Medical Expenses
Medical treatment and services related to COVID-19 can be covered in the event that the virus was contracted after the policy effective date.
COVID-19 Testing
Testing can be covered if ordered by the attending physician for diagnostic purposes if symptoms occur after the policy effective date.
COVID-19 Vaccination/Booster
COVID-19 vaccination/booster is not covered under the policy.

Emergency Medical Evacuation for COVID-19 treatment can be covered if the virus is contracted after the policy effective date.

ChoiceAmerica⢠offers an optional pre-existing condition rider, which provides limited and basic coverage for eligible pre-existing conditions that existed at or prior to the effective date. Pre-existing conditions can include, but are not limited to, any medical condition that you have had before the policy effective date. A complete description of benefits is available in the Certificate of Insurance. Please note that all diagnoses are determined by the attending physician.

The Adventure Sports Rider is available for those up to the age of 65. The following activities are covered to the lifetime maximum amounts listed below as long as they are engaged solely for leisure, recreation, or entertainment purposes:any Illness or Injury sustained while taking part in activities designated as Adventure Sports, which are limited to the following: abseiling; amusement/theme park activities; BMX; bobsledding; bungee jumping; canyoning; caving; hot air ballooning; jungle zip lining; parachuting; paragliding; parascending; rappelling; skydiving; spelunking; wakeboarding; water skiing; wildlife safaris; and windsurfing. The Adventure Sports Rider is available for those up to the age of 65.
