Coverage for COVID-19 can only be available to policyholders who contracted the virus after the policy effective date. If you had COVID-19 in the past and have fully recovered, you can still purchase a Travel Insurance policy to cover you in case you contract the virus again within the policy period. Treatment and services needed for a past COVID-19 infection prior to the effective date will not be covered under the policies.
